Billing Specialist Mary brings reliable accuracy and organization to the billing department, where she processes monthly storage, local, and commercial accounts. She delivers positive customer service and seeks out solutions and new ideas to optimize accurate billing for our customers. She works closely with our project teams to ensure different components of each project are furnished to billing on a timely basis and thoroughly reviews each invoice with them. She also logs and tracks rental equipment and works closely with our warehouse team in documenting all moving materials used on projects and to schedule any warehouse visits. Mary joined Hallett in 2017. |
